CUSTON BUILD APPROACH
Custom build enables homebuyers to have primary input into the design and specification of their new home, while ensuring alignment with policy, wider site objectives and efficient construction processes.
XERA’s approach to customised homes enhances this experience by starting with a range of typologies and specifications, complemented by external finish options. Buyers can customise their homes further with internal layouts and space configurations, then personalise with fit-out and finishing options, all selected as part of the streamlined sales and reservation process.
Customised homes delivered this way offer a completely hands-off approach compared to traditional self build.

We align with Bioregional under the 10 principles of One Planet Living, to measure environmental impact, with a particular focus on 'Culture and Community' and 'Equity &- Local Economy'.
We endorse the use of timber-based MMC technologies since timber sequesters carbon for a minimum of 60 years and offsite manufacturing methods reduce construction waste and site traffic movements.
