Our approach to customised homes offers the homebuyer primary input into the design and specification of their home when compared to a conventional new build scheme.
Each home starts with a base shape and specification plus external finish options, with a range of internal layout choices and fit out possibilities, selected as part of the sales and reservation process.

We endorse the use of timber-based MMC technologies since timber sequesters carbon for a minimum of 60 years and offsite manufacturing methods reduce construction waste and site traffic movements.
